I feel that they have a few things to improve on, the restrooms were STILL about a 3 as there is mold around the light switches and there is a hotwater heater that needs to be moved out of there. The back room still looks like it needs to be steamed out.
They offer breakfast and PLENTY of sides that are good. The prices are spot on for money to value, so it's not like you are getting hosed over on high mark-ups.

Now called "Silverado", they should work on their name a bit. This location is called "The place" outside, and now addresses itself as "Silverado". I would call it "The Silverado Cafe" easy said, none of this "gentrified" naming stuff. IT's a really nice eating establishment now. There are lots of improvements that have been taken care of. The service here is FAST, the food is pretty good and they have come along ways in improvements. I would suggest to them, to have an A/C unit installed and run it, instead of having the windows open. The highway traffic noise is AWFUL with the windows always open. Facility NEEDS a large LED_lit "OPEN" so people know they are open, it would really help their business out, as you can NOT see the lighting from the outside of the facility while driving by at 45mph+. This facility has GOT to have a new outside paint job and to do something with the parking lot. I'd get some 5 gallon buckets of tar from Menards and fill those cracks up.
What would put this store on the map, would be if they ordered in a smoker and offered Brisket and pork sandwich! You could really shut down the competition from surrounding townships.
